Coley Media was founded in 2014 by Don Coley. He is a Media Producer with over 27 years of creative experience. For several years she was a Resident Producer DJ at the regional level. He obtained her Undergraduate Degree from Purdue University of Fort Wayne, Indiana. His philosophy as an educator is to teach, work alongside and encourage each student to reach their maximum potential and entertainment goal.
An Artist (Producer DJ) helps patients and clients with entertainment needs, under the supervision of a General Manager (GM) or a Venue Owner Operator (VOO). Artists are also known as Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Assistant (PCA) or a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) The individual who carries this title needs strong work ethic and ability.
A Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) is a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) who has completed additional training, annual in-service training and demonstrated competency while dispensing medications, and administering treatments. This is done under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) released the Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Insulin Administration education module. This education module is approved to train future and current QMAs, in the administration of insulin to residents in Indiana licensed healthcare facilities. First Crown Health Care QMA Program Director is permitted to teach the Insulin Administration Education Module and we follow the ISDH approved curriculum. The Insulin Administration Education Module is an OPTIONAL training for current and future QMAs.
